Sigrid Zialcita

Sigrid Zialcita is the CEO of  APREA.  Prior to APREA, she had various roles at Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), ultimately serving as Managing Director of Asia Pacific Research and Advisory Services of C&W.  Prior to C&W, she was a Senior Economist at the National Association of Realtors. Sigrid holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master’s degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.
Ken Aso
Deputy Secretary General @ARES - Association of Real Estate Securitization
Since joining Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. in 1992, Mr. Ken ASO has almost 30 years of experience in the real estate industry through various roles within the firm, mainly working on project management of various urban development projects in the downtown Tokyo area, and the development and execution of the business strategies for the real estate funds management business, for both domestic and international markets. Since 2020, he has been seconded to ARES, and serves as its Deputy Secretary General, and is currently engaged in making policy proposals to regulatory authorities. Mr. Aso holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Keio University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
Melanie Leech

Melanie joined the British Property Federation in 2015, following nine years as Director General of the Food and Drink Federation. She began her working life as a Police Constable in the Metropolitan Police Service.  She joined HM Customs in 1988 and subsequently held a number of senior roles in the civil service. Her role is to champion a diverse, successful and sustainable real estate UK real estate sector recognized for the positive benefits it delivers to communities across the country.
Dominique Moerenhout

Dominique Moerenhout is the CEO of EPRA. He joined EPRA in 2017, moving from BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management where he was CEO for Luxembourg and Belgium (2014-2017). After working in private banking followed by five years in management consulting, he joined Fortis Private Real Estate in 2004 as COO until 2011, before moving as COO of BNP Paribas Real Estate UK.
Steve Wechsler

Steven Wechsler is Nareit's president and CEO. He joined Nareit in 1997 from the National Realty Committee (NRC), now known as The Real Estate Roundtable. He served as NRC's CEO from 1990 to 1997 and first joined NRC in 1983 as general counsel. Prior to joining NRC, Wechsler practiced law with Stein, Miller and Brodsky, and served as counsel to Thevenot, Murray and Scheer, a government relations consulting firm.

Ken Morrison is the Chief Executive of the Property Council of Australia, the representative of the nation’s largest industry. Ken is a director of the Green Building Council of Australia, deputy chair of the Business Coalition for Tax Reform, a director of the Australian Sustainable Built Environment Council, and is a Property Champion of Change promoting women in leadership roles.

Michael Brooks is the CEO of REALPAC, having joined in 1997. Michael was previously a commercial real estate lawyer with the Toronto law firm of Aird & Berlis LLP, where he practiced commercial real estate for over 30 years. Michael has been a Board member of GRESB BV, and is a current Board member of the World Green Business Council.
Laurel Durkay, CFA
Managing Director, Head of Global Listed Real Assets and Global Real Estate Portfolio Manager @Morgan Stanley
Laurel joined Morgan Stanley in 2020 and has 20 years of investment experience. She is the Head of Global Listed Real Assets (GLRA) and the lead portfolio manager for US and Global listed real estate strategies. Prior to joining MSIM, Ms. Durkay was a Senior Vice President and Global Portfolio Manager for Listed Real Estate at Cohen & Steers Capital Management for 14 years. Previously, Ms. Durkay held several positions at Citigroup, including working on asset allocation and manager selection within the alternatives space of the Corporate Pension Plan, and worked at Arthur Andersen as a valuation analyst. Ms. Durkay has a BS from Tulane University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Daniel Feldmann, MBA, PH.D, CAIA
Director, Public Real Estate Investments @Hazelview Investments
Daniel Feldmann joined Hazelview Investments (formerly Timbercreek Equities Corp) in February 2012 as Analyst, Global Real Estate Securities. Daniel is based in the Hong Kong office and in his current role is responsible for co-managing Hazelview’s global real estate securities strategies, the financial analyses, valuation and investment recommendation of global real estate sectors and securities. Daniel has over 12 years of experience in finance, accounting and capital markets and has worked in the public real estate investment market since 2010. Daniel was responsible for Hazelview’s European real estate securities coverage in the Zurich office before transferring to Hong Kong in June 2016 to establish the company's local Asian presence. Prior to joining Hazelview, Daniel was an Analyst of global real estate securities at 4IP Management AG, an Analyst of global real estate securities at Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. Corporate Finance (Switzerland) AG and a Funds Analyst at UBS AG.
Rogier Quirijns
Senior Vice President @Cohen & Steers
Head of Europe Real Estate and a senior portfolio manager on Cohen & Steers global real estate securities team, overseeing the research and analyst team for European real estate securities. He has 21 years of investment experience. Prior to joining Cohen & Steers in 2008, Mr. Quirijns was a senior real estate equity analyst with ABN AMRO in Amsterdam, where his coverage included France, Scandinavia and the Benelux region. Previously, he was a direct real estate portfolio manager with Equity Estate and an analyst within the real estate corporate finance team at Arthur Andersen. Mr. Quirijns holds a degree in business economics from the University of Amsterdam. He is based in London.
